An annual event since 1996, this year Gow Langsford combines with John Leech Gallery to present a collection of investment artworks ranging from historical paintings by artists such as Gottfried Lindauer and Christopher Aubrey to works by renowned New Zealand artists including Colin McCahon, Toss Woollaston, Ralph Hotere, Shane Cotton and 2009 Venice Biennale representative, Judy Millar.
As well, the exhibition features an impressive selection of international contemporary artworks by celebrated practitioners including Jeff Koons, Barry Flanagan, Frank Nitsche and Feng Zhengjie.
For the first time the Spring Collection will feature an editions section of limited edition prints offering a more affordable option for new or intermediate collectors. The exhibition will be supplemented by a comprehensive full colour catalogue, which can be purchased from the gallery.
